convenient location clean room diverse selection
the location was convenient (right near everything). my room, a standard super king room, was clean. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.
the elevator was a little slow sometimes.

a fairly decent stay
spa facilities friendly staff spacious area thin wall noisy nightclub faulty air conditioning
it was fantastic staying in a place with so many great facilities. the spa was relaxing and the bar offered a great atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful too!!! the common areas downstairs were spacious and warm. i really loved that there were several different lighting options in my room, including reading lights.
i found the bedroom walls to be quite thin, i could hear my neighbor's phone call. there was a nightclub nearby, and it was pretty noisy. the air conditioning did not work properly in the room i had and was very loud. the airco were kapot.

comfortable bed friendly receptionist
Gemma at reception.!! She was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was VERY comfortable.
The pre-check-in process was smooth. The room itself was dated in appearance.

ample food efficient staff cold room poor sleep
Staff worked efficient from parking to leaving. The food choice was ample for me. Restaurant and bar staff were just what I needed.
The super king bed was not comfortable because two smaller beds were pushed together. I report it that heating or AC stopped working early hours on 3 times, but it was not fixed. The room was cold for the whole remaining stay and had a poor night sleep.
